MEET THE TEAM

MEET MARK…

Mark Loeber is the Founder and CEO of The Advancement Group with over 34 years of specializing in the areas of estate, financial and charitable gift planning. 

“When I discovered giving changed the world, it changed my world. I enjoy helping people, help people.” said Mark.

Mark has served as board-member, president, vice-president, and Government Relations Liaison of the Oklahoma Planned Giving Council. 

His professional active memberships dates back to 1995 with the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners and Financial Planning Association.

Mark served as a board member of Regent Bank & Trust Company on the Executive, Trust and Loan Committee. He earned his degree from the ORU School of Business, studied Estate Tax, Wills and Trusts and the Tax & Economics of Charitable Giving at Regent University Law School in Virginia.  Mark earned an advanced degree from the American College with the designation of Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP). 

This training makes him a part of the top planners who work with donors and non-profit organizations, providing insight into the process of philanthropic planning, including, but not limited to tax, tools, and techniques. 

Among his titles of husband and dad, one of his greatest pleasures is being called “Poppi” by his five granddaughters.

MEET CHRIS…

Chris Miller has over 19 years of experience working in the areas of Major Gift, Annual Fund, Major Gift Events, Data Analysis and Legacy Giving.  As the President and COO of The Advancement Group, Chris uses his vast experience to oversee the day-to-day operations while providing services to nonprofits in the capacity of wealth screening, legacy, major and annual giving programs.

Chris has been a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals since 2001.  He is active in the AFP Eastern Oklahoma Chapter, and has held several positions on the board as well as serving as a mentor for other members.  Chris is currently serving as President for the Eastern Oklahoma Chapter.  Chris has been a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) since 2012 and has been a faculty member and coordinator for the local CFRE Review Course.  Chris has a passion to serve the needs of nonprofits to help them increase their impact in the community and to create funding pipelines for the next generation.

Chris will have been married to his high school sweetheart for 25 years this year, and has two beautiful children, Jackson and Isabella.

MEET TRACY…

Tracy has lived in the Tulsa area her entire life, and serves as the Director of Donor Relations at TAG. She's passionate about serving people, fostering relationships and purposefully supporting the local nonprofit community, local donors, and the clients served through TAG.

Tracy is dedicated to her family, and always loves to have a good laugh with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys all things related to health, nutrition, personal growth, beaches and sunsets.

MEET DEBBIE…

An original Okie, Debbie worked for a number of years as an administrative assistant at Victory Christian School and Oral Roberts University, and now brings that experience to her position as Director of Agency Relations. Debbie has been with The Advancement Group team for nine years strong.

Debbie interacts with the nonprofit agencies and their donors.  She also is the master administrator in the office and handles scheduling meetings, delivering meeting reports, data entry, and everything in between!

Debbie loves spending time with her husband, especially when they travel to Florida. And one of her favorite things to do is have dinner with her daughter and son-in-law!
